Queen Anne Helpline offers assistance to people in need. Our client population include
low-income individuals and families , disabled adults and children,
seniors, shelter inhabitants, subsidized housing and homeless
residents, newly arrived immigrants, and those who have transitioned
from incarceration into work release programs.
We also assist individuals and families confronting temporary and unexpected crisis.
The Helpline's primary service areas are zip codes 98109 and 98119.
Certain special services, such as our adult continuing education
program and children tutoring programs are only available to residents
living within 98109 and 98119 zip codes.
We provide basic supportive services to any resident living within the
Seattle City limits. Visits to our clothing bank, non-perishable food
pantry, and bookshelves are by appointment only, but visits are open to
any Seattle resident. Please call our office to make arrangements to
pick up an emergency feeding bag.
Any Seattle resident is eligible for assistance obtaining Washington
State Identifications. We accept referrals for work boots and work
tools from social services agencies operating within zip codes 98101,
98104, 98107, 98122, and 98125. Availability of work boots and tools
are subject to funding restrictions without notice.
